Exceptional People Required - Stratis Consulting is seeking Senior Associates to join our team.
Stratis Consulting are trusted advisors to Leadership Teams in a large number of organisations throughout Ireland.
In order to maintain our exceptional standards and expand our network of Senior Associates, we are looking for exceptional people who, through their experience, wisdom and passion, can bring added depth and diversity to our Senior Associate team. If you have a track record of making a real difference in supporting organisations in leading strategic initiatives in the area employee relations and people strategy from development through to implementation and are interested in a collaborative opportunity, please contact our Managing Partner, Brendan McGinty in confidence.
You are likely to be highly experienced with a minimum of 20 plus years’ experience in dealing with complex Employee Relations issues at workplace, sector or national level and be perfectly comfortable in engaging with operational challenges and in guiding strategic responses for sustained impact. You will be able to demonstrate:
An ability to engage with senior leaders and contribute to the strategic agenda in different organisational settings;
A track record of successfully negotiating with Trade Unions on pay, workplace change and restructuring;
A deep understanding of the operation of the State Workplace Relations system;
A credible track record of being able to influence at Leadership Team, Chief Executive and/or at Board levels;
A strong appreciation of how to build support for proposals through appropriate stakeholder engagement, and
Excellent communication and advocacy skills.
